LINC is an independent living center that serves persons with all types of disabilities. LINC provides computer and assistive technology training free of charge for individuals with visual impairments in St. Clair, Monroe, and Randolph Counties. LINC also has the ability to transfer many written materials into alternative formats such as Braille, Large Print, electronic text and Audio CD.
